Some Schedule Changes that the no-show fee applies to are as follows:

1. Family emergencies or any emergency
2. Student does not have their permit (Student is responsible for having their permit, and the instructor is not required by Allstars School of Driving o drive the student to where their permit is, nor wait for the student to drive anywhere else to get their permit.
3. Student’s Permit has expired
4. Student has forgotten to change their pick up address
5. Student did not hear the Schedule Dates correctly as dictated by the receptionist. 

* Our receptionist will repeat the schedule dates. It is up to the student to verify the Schedule Dates.  Our receptionist reads the Schedule Dates from our computer. Your Schedule Dates are whatever she reads from our computer screen.

WHEN the OFFICE IS CLOSED

In the event that the student should call during our non-business hours, the student may leave a message of the cancellation or change on our phone recorder.  This recorder may be reached at (408) 295-0103. 

The recorder is equipped with a time and date stamp, and all of our calls are logged in at the time and date the message is left. 

If our records show that the message was left 24 hours before the appointment, no charge will occur. 

The 6 hours behind the wheel certificate will be held until the balance of the 6 hours is paid. The 6hours of behind the wheel is considered to have a remaining balance if a $60.00 charge occurs.   The $60.00 charge is added to price you paid for 6 hours and is considered the price of 6 hours.

It is each student's responsibility to notify his/her parents of this cancellation policy.  If you are in need of an additional copy of this policy, please ask for one.

CLASSROOM

The 24 hour Cancellation Fee does not apply to the classroom schedule.  However if the student is more than 10 min. late, their seat may be given away to another student for the rest of the scheduled days.  In the event that the student cannot make one of the scheduled days, Allstars School of Driving would appreciate knowledge of the cancellation so that  the student’s seat can remain reserved. 

Make-up days  must be reserved by the STUDENT.  If the student comes in without a reservation, there may be a chance that class is full and the student may be sent home.
