Because Dorothy desired to teach her students those primary concerns, and because she truly enjoyed what she did, you will find that Allstars School of Driving is still doing what Dorothy knew best, teaching at: San Jose's Allstars School of Driving In Memory of Dorothy: "1926-2003" -A Message from the CA Department of Motor Vehicles- You may take driver education (classroom training) or driver training (behind-the-wheel) in a public or private high school, or in a state licensed, professional driving school. Professional schools and instructors in California are licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) after meeting rigid qualifying standards. Schools must carry liability insurance, be bonded, and maintain complete records for DMV inspection. Vehicles are subject to inspection every six months. Instructors must pass a qualifying examination, both written and behind-the-wheel, every three years, or show proof of continuing education in the traffic safety field. -Professional Drivers' Training- The driver training you receive establishes your driving habits for the rest of your life. While learning to drive, you should seek qualified instruction through state licensed driving schools.
